What is Rugiet Ready?
On its Ready page (opened Oct 17, 2026), Rugiet describes Ready as a treatment that combines sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine. You place one dose under the tongue and let it dissolve, which Rugiet says takes 5 to 10 minutes. Rugiet calls the form a sublingual troche.
Rugiet states that Ready is a compounded drug, that compounded drugs are not approved by FDA, and that a licensed provider decides after an online consultation. It says the price includes the consultation, the medication and follow-ups if you are approved, and that orders ship in unmarked packaging within 4 to 7 days. Its onset and duration figures are labeled on the page as based on internal customer surveys. The FDA labels give timing only for sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis) as single, FDA-approved tablets. No FDA label covers the compounded combination.
Rugiet also lists Go Long under premature ejaculation. This page is about ED only.

Is Rugiet dangerous? Side effects from the labels
Rugiet Ready, BlueChew Gold and the Mendoxa tablet are all compounded, so none has its own FDA label. The closest primary sources are the FDA labels of each individual ingredient. Those labels describe each drug on its own, in its approved form, not a compounded combination. Compounded combinations are not FDA-approved, so treat the label data below as information about each ingredient, not about the combined product.
The Viagra and Cialis labels list the same hard stops. Do not use them with organic nitrates in any form, or with a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat. Do not use them if sex is inadvisable because of your heart. Get emergency care for an erection that lasts more than 4 hours. Stop and get care for a sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, or a sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
Most common side effects (2% or more) on the Viagra label: headache, flushing, dyspepsia, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, nausea, dizziness and rash. On the Cialis label: headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing and pain in limb.
The FDA label we can cite for apomorphine is APOKYN, a subcutaneous injection for Parkinson's disease “off” episodes. It is not an ED label and it does not set an ED dose. It lists: nausea and vomiting; syncope and low blood pressure on standing; falling asleep during daily activities; painful prolonged erections (reported by 3 of 361 treated men). It says use with 5HT3 antagonists such as ondansetron is contraindicated, after reports of profound hypotension and loss of consciousness. Alcohol and sublingual nitroglycerin made its blood-pressure drop larger.
Tell the clinician about every medicine you take, including blood-pressure medicines, alpha blockers and anti-nausea drugs.
Same ingredients, different company
Mendoxa is not Rugiet and does not sell Rugiet products. If you want the three-ingredient approach with a 1-month or 3-month plan and a clear per-tablet price, the Mendoxa visit is below. The clinician selects the strength. The answer can be no.

FAQ
Is Rugiet FDA-approved?
No. Rugiet says Ready is a compounded drug and that compounded drugs are not approved by FDA. The Mendoxa tablet is compounded too, and also not FDA-approved.
Does Rugiet require a prescription?
Yes. Rugiet says prescriptions require an online consultation with a licensed provider. Mendoxa works the same way: a licensed clinician reviews your visit and can decline.
How much does Rugiet cost?
Rugiet's Ready page did not show a plan price on Oct 17, 2026; it showed a buy-2-months-get-1-free offer. Mendoxa plans start at $129 for 1 month. The 3-month plan with 20 tablets per month (60 tablets total) is $449, about $7.48 per tablet.
What are Rugiet side effects?
Rugiet Ready is compounded and has no FDA label of its own. The FDA labels for the individual ingredients list headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain and dizziness for sildenafil and tadalafil, and nausea, vomiting and low blood pressure for apomorphine. Those labels cover each drug alone, not the combination. Nitrates are a hard stop.
Is there a generic Rugiet?
Rugiet Ready is compounded, not an FDA-approved drug, so there is no FDA generic of it. Other compounded products, including the Mendoxa tablet, combine the same three ingredients when a clinician prescribes them.
