Safety questions to bring to the provider
Do not use sildenafil or tadalafil with nitrates or riociguat: see the sildenafil (Viagra) label and tadalafil (Cialis) label.
The apomorphine (APOKYN) label contraindicates use with 5-HT3 antagonists such as ondansetron because of profound hypotension and loss of consciousness; that label covers a Parkinson’s injection, not an ED dissolving tablet.
The sildenafil (Viagra) label calls for immediate medical help for an erection lasting longer than four hours and care for sudden vision or hearing loss.
The tadalafil (Cialis) label warns about substantial alcohol consumption, and the apomorphine (APOKYN) label describes alcohol worsening hypotension.
Mendoxa lists a maximum of one dose per 24 hours on its ED page; the standalone sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis) labels also limit dosing frequency, but do not validate the compounded combination.
Mendoxa ED plans and prices
The Mendoxa ED tablet is a compounded rapid-dissolve tablet with sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra), tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis) and apomorphine (APOKYN label). It dissolves under the tongue. A licensed clinician decides if it fits you and selects the strength. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

How do I cancel DirectMeds?
DirectMeds’ Terms & Conditions (accessed Oct 20, 2026) say you may cancel “up to 48 hours before the next processing date by turning off auto-refill in your account portal.” A prescription order can be cancelled within 24 hours if the provider network has not received it, and returned medication “incurs a $35 disposal fee.”
Who prescribes and dispenses DirectMax?
DirectMeds terms §6 (accessed Oct 20, 2026) say prescriptions are filled by licensed third-party compounding pharmacies, and its home page describes a licensed healthcare professional reviewing the assessment. With Mendoxa, Independent licensed providers in the LocumTele network review each visit and Rush Pharmacy fills prescriptions.
Does submitting payment mean my prescription is approved?

Mendoxa visits are reviewed by Independent licensed providers; a prescription is required and the provider can decline to prescribe.
Is DirectMax the same as Viagra or Cialis, and how fast does it work?
No: DirectMeds describes DirectMax (accessed Oct 20, 2026) as a compounded three-ingredient tablet and says effects typically begin within 15 minutes or less. The sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis) and apomorphine (APOKYN) labels describe the individual approved products; compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
