The Rugiet terms, updated Oct 5, 2026 and accessed Oct 20, 2026, contain two different deadlines:
- The subscription section allows turning off auto-refill at manage.myrugiet.com up to 48 hours before monthly processing.
- The cancellation policy requires receipt of the request at least 72 hours before the billing date.
- Medication ordered before cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
