Intake coming soon

Tired of being tired? Start with a clinician.

Afternoon crashes, brain fog, and workouts that never quite recover have many causes. Mendoxa is building an energy care path where a licensed U.S. provider looks at the whole picture first, then decides whether a prescription option makes sense.

This page is educational. The energy intake is not live yet. Persistent fatigue can signal a medical condition. Talk to a clinician.

First, the basics

Fatigue is a symptom, not a diagnosis.

Before any prescription is considered, a clinician will want to rule out common causes: poor sleep, thyroid or iron issues, blood sugar swings, low mood, medication side effects, and simple overload. The intake will ask about all of them.

Questions a clinician will ask.

How is your sleep, honestly?

Hours in bed, time to fall asleep, snoring, and how you feel at 3 p.m. all matter. Poor sleep is the most common cause of low energy and no prescription fixes it alone.

When did the fatigue start, and what changed?

A new medication, a stressful stretch, a change in diet or training load, or an illness you never fully recovered from can each explain a lot.

Have you had recent lab work?

Thyroid, iron, B12, vitamin D, and blood sugar are common checks. Your provider may ask for results or request labs before considering any prescription.

Is the brain fog affecting work or safety?

If fatigue is severe, sudden, or paired with chest pain, shortness of breath, or confusion, seek in-person care. Mendoxa is not an emergency service.
